STEP 2 · ERE APPLICATION

Your ERE application
and mandate.

This is the formal follow-up after the ERE Check. The legal mandate comes first. Technical details and evidence can be completed afterwards.

Full calendar years · digital signature · dossier review before execution
01 · COMPANY

Who is authorising ERE Market?

These are the core details required for an enterprise mandate. Technical information can follow.

02 · YEARS & CONNECTION

Which years and connection?

A mandate can cover one or more complete calendar years. At signing, at least one EAN owned by the company must be available.

03 · TECHNICAL INFORMATION

How is electricity delivered and measured?

Optional at this stage. Leave technical fields open if you do not have the information yet.

04 · ELECTRICITY SOURCE

Grid electricity, own generation or direct line?

05 · MACHINES & TRANSPORT

Where does the electricity go?

Internal electric transport is our core. If an electric truck, road vehicle, charging point or other qualifying mobile application is present, we can assess it in the same chain.

06 · EVIDENCE

Upload what you already have.

Not everything is required at submission. Upload what is available; we will identify what is still needed.

07 · MANDATE

The legal instruction to ERE Market.

The company authorises ERE Market for the selected full calendar years to register and book eligible electricity delivered to transport in the Register Energy for Transport (REV), receive the resulting EREs and trade them as part of the agreed ERE Market service.

The company authorises the NEa to request relevant connection data from the distribution system operator / Central Connections Register for its supervisory tasks.

The company authorises the booking verifier of ERE Market to inspect the delivery location and technical setup and determine whether it meets the booking conditions.

The mandate applies only to the selected full calendar years, is not silently renewed, and the company appoints only one booking service provider for the same ERE bookings in each calendar year.

This mandate is legally intended as the formal authorisation. ERE Market will review the dossier and then confirm which services and bookings can actually be performed. Submission does not guarantee that every listed kWh is eligible.

ERE application & mandate

You are submitting as an authorised representative. The mandate covers only the selected full calendar years. ERE Market will review the technical and administrative dossier before confirming execution.

Issue date: 15/09/2026 · Year(s): 2027

After submission ERE Market receives the complete dossier and you receive a copy. The technical information can be completed afterwards.
