The company authorises ERE Market for the selected full calendar years to register and book eligible electricity delivered to transport in the Register Energy for Transport (REV), receive the resulting EREs and trade them as part of the agreed ERE Market service.
The company authorises the NEa to request relevant connection data from the distribution system operator / Central Connections Register for its supervisory tasks.
The company authorises the booking verifier of ERE Market to inspect the delivery location and technical setup and determine whether it meets the booking conditions.
The mandate applies only to the selected full calendar years, is not silently renewed, and the company appoints only one booking service provider for the same ERE bookings in each calendar year.
This mandate is legally intended as the formal authorisation. ERE Market will review the dossier and then confirm which services and bookings can actually be performed. Submission does not guarantee that every listed kWh is eligible.
